Dr. Padgett is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.  He has completed a four year surgical based residency followed by a Fellowship in Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery and passed comprehensive oral and written exams.  Dr. Padgett manages a wide variety of problems related to the face and underlying structures.  He practices a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with expertise in Cosmetic Facial Surgery.
